We are building a commercially relevant REBCO conductor platform with transparent, engineering-oriented performance targets and a clear commercialization roadmap.

Conductor Architecture

  • 2G REBCO coated conductor on non-magnetic metal substrate
  • Width options from 2 mm to 12 mm, tailored to coil and cable geometry
  • Silver stabilization and copper/stainless lamination layers for handling robustness

Critical Current Targets

  • Target $I_c$ range of 300–800 A/cm-width at 77 K, self-field
  • Engineering values published as target specs pending validation and qualification

Mechanical Properties

  • Flexible substrate enabled for reel-to-reel winding and coil integration
  • Bend radius targets below 10 mm without substantial $I_c$ degradation
  • High tensile strength suitable for compact magnet and cable manufacturing

Availability & Readiness

  • Pilot-scale development and sample reel generation in progress
  • Custom length requests supported for lab-scale and early commercial trials
